Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy


All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from the order date via the selected method (UPS or USPS) unless otherwise noted.

If your ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the new estimated ship date. If the lead time for your item is unacceptable to you, your payment will be promptly refunded including shipping charges to your credit card or method of payment.

You have 30 days to return an item from the day that you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. When requesting a return of materials authorization (RMA), please have your Purchase Order, invoice, or website order number ready.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
